Nursing Staff is available 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Nursing Services

Provide medication teaching and assistance, wound care, physical assessment, post surgical care, disease management and teaching, communication with the physician and designs a plan to assist the patient to stay at home and meet their health care needs.

Rehabilitation Services

Include Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy. The therapists are professionals trained to assist patient to regain and maintain independence in the home.

Home Health Aide

Provides assistance with personal care and activities of daily living; and light housekeeping.

Medical Social Services

To assist with social, emotional and spiritual problems.

Telehealth

Consists of a device placed in the patient's home. The patient uses the device to record clinical information such as blood pressure, pulse, oxigen saturation, blood sugars,weight and temperature. Also services as a way to report symptoms to the nurse; this information is then transmitted to our office for a nurse to view. The nurse will then make the appropiate intervention as needed. Excellent toll to manage patients with CHF, COPD, hypertension, diabetes, etc.

Anodyne Therapy

Is designed to maximize the effectiveness of infrared photo energy to increase circulation and reduce pain in the area to which it is applied. This therapy is used to reduce chronic pain and enhance wound healing by increasing blood supply to the affected area.

Compression Pump Therapy

For chronic venous insufficiency and edema of the ankles and leg. In most cases the patient will only need to perform the compression therapy 2 times a day for 30-60 minutes. Treatment is performed in a reclined position with the legs elevated.

Wound Vac Therapy

Is a system that uses controlled negative pressure to help promote wound healing.
